Keep invitation parties and attending people separate.
One family invitation may represent several seats. Use one row per invited party and enter the number of people attending separately. The summary counts named parties and their RSVP statuses, then adds people only from rows marked Attending.
The workbook starts blank. Use the status dropdowns, select a delivery channel and enter dates as you plan your send. This is an independent planning worksheet: it does not send invitations, sync with Invitease or match the portal’s Excel import format.
A practical list you can keep up to date.
Four useful totals
See invitation parties, pending parties, attending parties and attending people. The last number is the one to use when discussing catering and seats.
Room for your follow-up routine
Record the RSVP date, latest follow-up and next follow-up beside the invited party. Keep notes with the guest rather than in a separate chat.
Channels in the same list
Choose SMS, WhatsApp or personal sharing. Invitease sends SMS to guests outside Pakistan and also supports WhatsApp.
A checklist for the final count
The second sheet covers checking personal links, recording outside replies, following up with pending guests and confirming the total with the venue.
Use the worksheet in four steps.
- Download and open — Open the .xlsx file in Excel or upload it to Google Sheets. Save your own working copy.
- Add invited parties — Enter one person, couple or household per row. Keep phone numbers and personal links private.
- Record responses — Use Pending, Attending or Declined. Enter attending people for confirmed parties; leave unknown attendance blank.
- Review and follow up — Filter pending parties, record your next follow-up and check attending people before sending the venue your final count.

The workbook has 200 prepared rows, dropdowns and formula totals. Add all your party names before reviewing the summary. A red highlight flags an attending party with no people count yet. If you need more than 200 rows, extend the summary ranges when adding rows.

Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx workbook to Google Sheets and check the imported totals and dropdowns before using it.
