Digital invitation pricing, with room for every guest.
Invitease combines the hosted invitation, personal guest links, guest list, RSVP tracking, and invitation delivery in one price. A longer guest list only adds more guest blocks; it does not create a second message bill.

The invitation, RSVP, and delivery belong in one price.
The base plan covers one event for up to 40 guests. It includes an available prebuilt theme or a host-supplied card, the hosted invitation, personal guest links, the guest list, online RSVP tracking, and one WhatsApp invitation, one RSVP reminder and one event reminder per covered guest entry. Pakistan events use WhatsApp only; international events offer email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery. Guests open the link and RSVP in their browser without an app or account.
If the guest list grows beyond 40, Invitease rounds the additional guests up to the next block of 10. The offer stays the same: there is no higher tier to unlock, no separate setup fee, and no additional delivery package to choose.

How guest blocks are calculated.
- Start with 40 guests — The base plan is PKR 1,500 in Pakistan or USD 20 internationally for 40 guest entries. A family sharing one WhatsApp number counts as one entry; its attending headcount may include several people.
- Count the remaining guests — Only the portion of the guest list above 40 determines how many additional blocks are needed.
- Round up by 10 — A list of 41 to 50 guest entries needs one block, 51 to 60 needs two, and 61 to 70 needs three. Each block costs PKR 200 or USD 6, according to the event currency.
- Keep every feature — Additional blocks extend the same invitation, RSVP, and messaging offer rather than moving the event into another tier.
Real pricing examples, without a second meter.
A 40-guest event costs PKR 1,500. A 50-guest event costs PKR 1,700, a 70-guest event costs PKR 2,100, and a 100-guest event costs PKR 2,700. International totals are USD 20 for 40 guest entries, USD 26 for 50, USD 38 for 70 and USD 56 for 100. Each total includes the same invitation, RSVP, and covered messaging offer; the number of messages actually sent does not add another charge.

The guest experience is inside the event price.
The plan is not a fee for a static image. It covers the hosted invitation, personal guest links, the guest list, RSVP tracking, and the eligible WhatsApp message journey for the guests included in the event.
- Forty guests establish the base — PKR 1,500 or USD 20 starts the event and includes the first 40 guests.
- Blocks extend the same offer — Each 10-guest block adds capacity without creating a higher tier or separate delivery package.
- Messages are not a second bill — Eligible invitation and reminder messages are covered rather than priced per send.
Common questions
Where are email, SMS and WhatsApp available?
Pakistan events use WhatsApp delivery only and are priced in PKR. Events outside Pakistan use USD and offer email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery. Guests RSVP on the hosted invitation, rather than by replying to a message.
How are families counted?
A family sharing one WhatsApp number is one guest entry for pricing. Its RSVP can include several attending people. Guest entries and attending headcounts are different counts.
Is WhatsApp delivery included in the price?
Yes. The event price includes the eligible WhatsApp invitation, RSVP reminder, and event reminder messages for the guests covered by the event.
Do I pay less if I send the links myself?
No. Personal sharing and Invitease WhatsApp delivery are two ways to use the same paid event, so the price is identical.
