Online wedding invitations with a clear RSVP.

Send a personal wedding invitation link by text message or WhatsApp. Guests confirm or decline on the invitation itself, and you see pending replies and attending headcounts together. No guest account, app download, or spreadsheet of chat replies required.

How do online wedding invitations with RSVP work?

The host adds each guest or family and shares a personal invitation link. Guests open the invitation in their browser, review the event details, and confirm or decline; Invitease records the response and attending headcount against the correct guest entry.

The invitation and the response belong together.

A beautiful wedding invitation begins the conversation, but the host still needs a reliable answer. Invitease gives every invited guest or family a direct way to respond from the same experience that shows the wedding details.

The response is connected to the correct guest record, so you can distinguish an unanswered invitation from an attending family or a declined party. That makes catering estimates, seating plans, and follow-ups easier to manage.

RSVP information prepared for real planning.

Named guest records

Personal invitation links connect each response to the guest or household already present in your event list.

Family attendance counts

Record how many people were invited and how many are attending, rather than treating every reply as one person.

One response list

Pending, attending, and declined invitations remain visible together, giving the host one dependable picture of the event.

Focused follow-ups

See who is still pending before following up. Use SMS outside Pakistan or WhatsApp for guests who prefer it; each reminder leads back to the personal invitation and the same RSVP list.

A clearer RSVP journey for hosts and guests.

  1. Add the guest or family — Enter the name, delivery phone, and invited headcount where it is known.
  2. Activate and share the link — Save the event to your account and purchase the base plan to enable ordinary guest RSVPs. Use Invitease SMS outside Pakistan, WhatsApp, or personal link sharing.
  3. The guest responds — The guest opens the invitation, reviews the celebration details, and confirms or declines from the same page.
  4. Your headcount updates — The response appears against that guest record so the host can see the current confirmed attendance.

RSVP tracking that respects how families are invited.

A reply from one household may represent four attending people. Keep those two totals separate: invitation parties for delivery and pricing, attending people for catering and seats. Invitease lets a family invitation collect an open headcount when you leave all invited-count fields blank. The current RSVP categories are Ladies, Gents, and Children; there are no custom meal-choice questions or seating-chart tools in this workflow.

See the RSVP information behind the headline.

Invitease does not treat one submitted form as one attending person. The guest experience records the household's attendance breakdown, while the host keeps the response connected to the invitation that produced it.

  1. Known invitation — The guest reaches the RSVP through the personal link created for that household.
  2. Useful headcount — The response captures the people attending, including family categories where the host uses them.
  3. Clear status — The guest record moves from pending to attending or declined without the host interpreting a chat reply.

Common questions

How do guests submit an RSVP?

They open their invitation link in a browser and use the RSVP control inside the invitation. No account or app installation is required for the guest.

Can a family enter the number attending?

Yes. Family invitations can collect an attending headcount, including invitations where the host has not set a preset family limit.

Can I see who has not replied?

Yes. Guests remain RSVP-pending until they respond, so the host can distinguish unanswered invitations from attending and declined responses.

Can I follow up by SMS or WhatsApp?

Yes. Invitease supports SMS delivery to consenting guests outside Pakistan and WhatsApp delivery for guests who prefer it. Guests respond through the invitation link, so both channels lead to the same RSVP list.

Can I still send links through my own WhatsApp?

Yes. Copying and personally sharing an invitation link does not create an Invitease messaging charge.

Should I count families as one guest or several?

For purchasing invitation capacity, each guest-list entry or family invitation counts as one. For catering, use the attending-people total from the household RSVPs rather than the number of invitations.

Can guests RSVP during the free setup?

Ordinary guests cannot RSVP until the event is purchased. You can preview the invitation during setup, and the designated test guest can try its own RSVP before purchase.
