Before the RSVP date
Hi [name]! We’d love to celebrate our wedding with you. If you haven’t had a chance yet, please RSVP by [date] here: [personal link]. Thank you! — [couple’s names]
A reminder should make replying easy. Address the guest by name, explain when you need an answer, and include their original invitation link. Here are examples for different stages of your wedding planning.

Mention your wedding, ask for a response by a specific date, and include the guest’s personal invitation link. Keep the tone warm and send it only to parties whose RSVP is still pending. Guests should respond on the invitation so their answer updates your guest list.
Choose your RSVP date using your venue or caterer’s final headcount deadline, leaving yourself time to reach guests who have not answered. There is no single timing rule that fits every wedding. A destination celebration may need earlier travel decisions; a local reception may have a different planning schedule.
Before sending a reminder, review the guest list and enter any answers you received by phone or chat. A guest who already told you they are coming should not receive a message asking whether they have decided. Invitease keeps pending, attending and declined responses separate.
Resend the link belonging to that invited party. A generic demo or another family’s invitation will not produce the response you need.
Replace “soon” with the date you need their answer. If the deadline has passed, explain that you are confirming numbers and give a realistic next step.
A household can accept while still leaving you unsure how many people will attend. Ask the family to enter the attending headcount on its invitation.
A kind “please let us know either way” is easier to answer than wording that assumes everyone can attend. A clear decline helps you plan too.
These examples are for personal messages from the host. Invitease-managed sends use the event’s message workflow. Read the example, replace the placeholders and check the guest’s current status before sending.

Hi [name], we’re confirming our wedding numbers with the venue and haven’t received your RSVP yet. Could you let us know by [new date] whether you can join us? Your invitation is here: [personal link]. Thank you!

An RSVP reminder asks an unanswered guest to respond. An event reminder gives confirmed guests useful arrival details. Keep those two purposes separate.
Work backwards from your venue’s final headcount date. Leave enough time for a reminder and individual follow-up, and state your chosen RSVP date clearly.
No. Review pending parties first. Update replies received by phone or chat before deciding who still needs a reminder.
Guests submit the response on their invitation. A personal text reply does not automatically update the RSVP; record it in the portal yourself.
Yes. Invitease supports SMS delivery to guests outside Pakistan and WhatsApp for guests who prefer it. Both lead to the same invitation and RSVP list.
