These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Invitease websites, hosted invitations, guest-list and RSVP tools, messaging services, and related support. Invitease is operated by Aliasgher Nooruddin as a sole proprietor in Pakistan.
By accessing or using Invitease, you agree to these Terms. Event hosts are also responsible for ensuring that their use of guest information and messaging features complies with applicable law and these Terms.
Invitease provides self-serve digital invitations for events, including prebuilt themes with bounded customization, hosted invitation experiences, guest-list and RSVP tools, and optional message delivery. Each purchase covers one event and the guest capacity shown at checkout.
Hosts must provide accurate event information and may add a guest's phone number only when they have a lawful basis and the guest's permission to receive the selected event communications. Hosts must not use purchased, rented, scraped, or randomly generated contact lists. Hosts must honor a guest's withdrawal of consent and may not attempt to bypass an opt-out.
With consent, Invitease may send event invitations, RSVP reminders, event reminders, and post-event thank-you messages by SMS on behalf of an event host. Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email hello@invitease.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Consent page for the enrollment process.
Invitease event plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The base plan and any additional guest blocks purchased for the event include the hosted invitation, guest-list and RSVP tools, and the eligible event messages described at checkout. Mobile carriers may charge guests for SMS or data according to their own plans.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee and the process for requesting a refund are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You must not use Invitease for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications; interfere with our systems; attempt unauthorized access; upload content you do not have permission to use; or use automated means to scrape or overload the service.
Invitease content, themes, software, visuals, motion, and branding are owned by Invitease or its licensors. Hosts retain their rights in materials they provide and grant Invitease permission to use those materials to perform the requested service.
Invitease relies on third-party hosting, analytics, communications, and messaging providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices, and availability may depend on their systems and carrier networks.
Invitease is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, message delivery, or compatibility with every device or carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitease will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised Terms here and update the date shown above.
