Invitease sells one-time access to a self-serve digital invitation for an event, including the hosted invitation, guest-list and RSVP tools, and the message allowance included with the event plan. Extra guest blocks extend the same event plan. Invitease does not sell subscriptions or physical goods.
You may request a full refund of an Invitease event-plan purchase for any reason within 30 calendar days of the original transaction. Guest blocks bought as part of that transaction are included in the refund. You do not need to return anything, and requesting support before a refund is optional.
A guest block purchased separately after the original event plan may be refunded within 30 calendar days if that added guest capacity has not been used. If only part of an order is eligible, we may issue a partial refund for the eligible amount.
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, believe a payment was made without your permission, or cannot access what you purchased. Duplicate charges will be refunded. If a material technical problem prevents you from using Invitease and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate full or partial refund, including after the 30-day period where required by law.
Email hello@invitease.co with the purchaser's name, purchase email, and order or transaction number. For an order processed by Paddle, you may also submit the request through Paddle Buyer Support. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and communicate the outcome within five business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle is the merchant of record for orders processed through Paddle and handles the payment and refund transaction. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution and begins after the refund is approved.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. If mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
