This Privacy Policy explains how Invitease, operated by Aliasgher Nooruddin as a sole proprietor in Pakistan ("Invitease", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when hosts and guests use our websites, invitations, messaging services, and related support.
We collect information that hosts, guests, and visitors provide, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, guest-list information, invited and attending counts, RSVP responses, messages to an event host, uploaded invitation assets, and communications with Invitease. For SMS, we may also process consent records, message content, delivery status, replies, and opt-out or help requests.
We also collect limited website activity such as device type, referring page, campaign parameters, visit start time, active visible-tab duration, pages viewed, named product actions, and invitation themes viewed or selected. We also save the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare when a visit or Try Now flow starts, alongside its recorded activity. Our custom analytics does not store IP addresses, cities, coordinates or location changes during a visit. When a host creates an event through Try Now, we may save the approximate city, state or province, and country supplied by Cloudflare with that event to understand where hosts access Invitease and provide relevant support. This is based on the network connection, may be inaccurate, and is not the event venue or a precise address. We do not store coordinates or track changes to the host’s location. Third-party analytics and infrastructure providers may process network information under their own policies.
If you arrive through a ChatGPT ad, we may keep OpenAI’s ad-click reference in your browser for up to 30 days and save it with an event you create. We use it to report successful event creation and recorded payments, including payment amount and currency, to OpenAI for advertising measurement. These reports do not include host or guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, invitation content, or private event-management links.
We use information to create and deliver invitations, personalize guest experiences, manage guest lists and RSVPs, send requested WhatsApp or SMS event communications, provide reminders and support, honor messaging preferences, secure our services, prevent abuse, maintain records, and understand aggregate product usage.
Invitease sends event-related SMS only to recipients who have agreed to receive messages for the relevant event. Consent may be provided directly to the event host before the host adds the recipient to Invitease. Message frequency varies by event, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our documented process is available on the SMS Consent page.
Guest information is available to the host responsible for that event and to Invitease personnel who need it to provide the service. We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and message delivery, and when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, or prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties except service providers that help us deliver and support the messages the recipient requested.
Our website may use cookies or local storage for functionality, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement. Browser settings can usually control these technologies, although disabling them may affect certain features.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant event service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary according to the information and the purpose for which it is processed.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Invitease and its service providers may process information in Pakistan, the United States, and other countries where they operate.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information or to object to certain processing. SMS recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Contact us to make another privacy request.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated policy here and revise the date shown above.
